Chicken – brined for four hours and slowed cooked for four hours
Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Ribs - smoked with our special BBQ rub

 

Sides:

Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, baked beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, steamed veggies, corn on the cob, and assorted rolls or corn bread.
